MSPrebiotic® Fruit Salad Breakfast Bowl with Mint Lime Kefir
- 1⁄3 cup Plain Kefir 2%
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves, Sliced Thinly
- ½ cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Strawberries, Halved
- 1 cup Cantaloupe, Diced
- 1 cup Watermelon, Diced
- 4 Tbsp Granola, low sugar
- 4 tsp MSPrebiotic®
Takes - serves 2 servings (1½ cup per serving).
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together kefir, mint, lime juice, honey and Msprebiotic.
- Add prepared fruits to the bowl and lightly toss to coat with dressing.
- Divide the fruit between 4 bowls and sprinkle with your favourite granola for a satisfying crunch.
