MSPrebiotic® Fruit Salad Breakfast Bowl with Mint Lime Kefir

Nothing says summertime like a tasty bowl of fresh fruit - add some extra flavor with a Mint Lime Kefir and a little something for your gut too!

Ingredients


  • 1⁄3 cup Plain Kefir 2%
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves, Sliced Thinly
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Halved
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe, Diced
  • 1 cup Watermelon, Diced
  • 4 Tbsp Granola, low sugar
  • 4 tsp MSPrebiotic®

Takes - serves 2 servings (1½ cup per serving).

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together kefir, mint, lime juice, honey and Msprebiotic.
  2. Add prepared fruits to the bowl and lightly toss to coat with dressing.
  3. Divide the fruit between 4 bowls and sprinkle with your favourite granola for a satisfying crunch.
For a thicker dressing, Greek yogurt can be substituted for the kefir. If using a sweetened flavoured Kefir you can ommit the sugar from the recipe.
